Goodwill’s Transitional Jobs Program
Launchpad
Launchpad is designed to help individuals overcome barriers to employment by providing them with hands on experience, professional development, and personalized support needed to transition into long-term, sustainable employment and financial stability.
In partnership with Forward Service Corporation, which plays a pivotal role in supporting our Transitional Jobs Program, the organization provides direct referrals and connects individuals ready to advance in their careers with our employment support services.
