Workforce Development is an essential part of our mission to help people in our community to live, work and thrive. Brittany, a Supported Employment program participant, has worked at Edgewood College since 2013. Outgoing and cheerful, she approaches every day at work with a smile. As a dishwasher, she is an important part of the foodservice team and loves the camaraderie with her coworkers. Her Goodwill Job Coaches provide the support she needs with her daily tasks so that she can thrive at work.
